This job opportunity is presented by an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products, but remains an autonomous entity responsible for all employment decisions and restaurant management. Potential employees who join this restaurant will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, making the franchisee the sole authority over hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous general manager experience
  • experience managing high volume quick service restaurants or similar environments
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to provide leadership coaching and development

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants strongly desired
  • background in hospitality or retail is advantageous
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set goals and strategic plans
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and mentor a team of assistant managers with specific operational responsibilities
  • provide coaching and direction to assistant managers to improve performance
  • hire and develop assistant and shift managers to build a strong leadership team
  • oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
