This job opportunity is presented by an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products, but remains an autonomous entity responsible for all employment decisions and restaurant management. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous general manager experience
- experience managing high volume quick service restaurants or similar environments
- strong leadership capabilities
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- ability to provide leadership coaching and development

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- lead and mentor a team of assistant managers with specific operational responsibilities
- provide coaching and direction to assistant managers to improve performance
- hire and develop assistant and shift managers to build a strong leadership team
- oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
- maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
