Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have previous supervisory experience preferably in hospitality or related industries
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must meet the legal age for serving alcoholic beverages at select properties
  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred
  • Must be proficient in technology including Windows OS and company software
  • Must have effective communication and leadership skills
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Must be willing to travel as needed
  • Must be able to evaluate, make decisions, and remain composed under pressure
  • Must be attentive to detail and meet deadlines
  • Must maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times

  • Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures

  • Leadership in hospitality and guest service with a warm, friendly demeanor
  • Must meet legal requirements to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Basic market knowledge
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant or service industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and during their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names to foster a welcoming environment
  • Work collaboratively to contribute to excellent guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the hotel facility and amenities
  • Support events and group functions at the hotel
  • Answer all incoming calls professionally using approved greetings
  • Maintain clean and well-organized workspaces both front and back of house
  • Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Greet guests warmly while performing cleaning duties
  • Complete operational checklists to 100% accuracy every shift
  • Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
  • Wear clean, approved uniforms and maintain grooming standards
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Demonstrate a positive and flexible can-do attitude
  • Conduct daily supervision including walks through guest rooms and public spaces
  • Onboard new team members following established procedures
  • Complete daily summary and night audit processes
  • Oversee adherence to brand quality and service standards
  • Ensure team members adhere to uniform and grooming policies
  • Certify all fire and life safety inspections are up to date
  • Confirm completion and quality of preventative maintenance
  • Manage adherence to staff work schedules
  • Foster a culture of learning, training, and development
  • Provide daily coaching with positivity and candor
  • Review team member time clock punches for accuracy
  • Manage purchase orders and invoice signoff
  • Maintain inventory management and storage cleanliness
