Job Requirements
- Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly
- Must be able to take and provide direction and work well with others
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Must be able to stand much of the workday
- Must be able to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Must be able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
- Must be able to fulfill accountabilities and key measurement criteria
- Must be able to work in compliance with physical demands and work environment conditions
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and labor laws
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Implement Company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Lead, interview, select, and train Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers and Crew Members
- Maintain an engaged and productive team environment
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Monitor restaurant performance and achieve operational objectives
- Communicate effectively with all store team members
