Job Requirements

Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly
Must be able to take and provide direction and work well with others
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Must be able to stand much of the workday
Must be able to concentrate and perform duties accurately
Must be able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and labor laws
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

Manage daily operations of the restaurant
Implement Company policies, procedures, programs and systems
Lead, interview, select, and train Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers and Crew Members
Maintain an engaged and productive team environment
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Monitor restaurant performance and achieve operational objectives
Communicate effectively with all store team members
