Job Duties

- develop and execute local store marketing plans to maximize sales potential within the community
- ensure systems and routines are in place to improve sales and transactions, hold the team accountable
- conduct in-restaurant implementation of new products and procedures
- execute national and co-op promotions to maximize sales potential
- manage expenses to meet budgeted targets especially food, labor and maintenance
- use proper security and verification procedures when handling deposits and safe contents
- maintain critical standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
- manage planned maintenance of equipment to ensure productivity and quality
- accurately project, measure and control all profit and loss line items
- measure customer satisfaction and execute plans to increase loyalty
- effectively schedule to build the business on all day parts
- maintain all physical plant aspects including landscaping, building and equipment
- ensure all security procedures are executed
- recruit, select, develop and retain crew, maintenance and management staff
- plan and conduct leadership team meetings
- complete and present performance appraisals based on goals and objectives
- enforce policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures
- model performance standards and work in a unit-producing capacity as needed
- execute plans to increase employee loyalty, satisfaction and pride
- manage training and development including crew orientations
