Concord Hospitality, a reputable hotel management company that prioritizes associates and fosters an inclusive and positive workplace culture, is currently seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead operations at The Exchange. This full-time leadership role offers a competitive salary range of $127,884 to $159,885 and provides the opportunity to manage a successful team in one of Sacramento's premier hotels. In this pivotal role, the General Manager will serve as the essential liaison among the hotel brand, property owners, and Concord Hospitality. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • knowledge of budget management and financial reporting
  • availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in select service hotel operations
  • strong sales and networking skills with a track record of driving financial results
  • excellent leadership abilities, including hiring, mentoring, and team motivation
  • organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • prior GM experience preferred
