This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, distinct and separate from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds a license to utilize McDonald’s logos and food products in their restaurant operations. However, it is important to note that this franchisee functions as an independent entity and employer. Therefore, should you be hired for this role, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are solely managed by the franchisee. McDonald’s USA exercises no control over the employment procedures or decisions, including hiring or interviewing, at this location.

This position is the General Manager role at a high-volume McDonald’s restaurant. The General Manager is accountable for running a profitable establishment while consistently meeting McDonald’s stringent customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, making this a significant leadership position requiring dedication, motivation, and strong managerial skills. The General Manager collaborates with their leader to set operational goals and develop actionable plans to meet those objectives.

The General Manager role involves leading and managing a team of Department Managers, each overseeing specific facets of the restaurant’s daily operations.
