- Have proven experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
- Have a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail sectors
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations to ensure profitability
- Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and develop Department Managers by providing coaching and direction
- Monitor departmental progress and implement improvements
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and overall team performance
