Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- coach and provide direction to improve departments
- monitor progress toward departmental and restaurant goals
