While this franchisee operates using McDonald’s branding, food products, and systems, it is a separate company and employer distinct from McDonald’s USA. This means that all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, scheduling, and staffing, rest solely with the franchisee. The role available is that of a General Manager at this McDonald's franchise restaurant.
