Job Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • fluent in English
  • ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • ability to work in close quarters and around heat
  • positive attitude
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • commitment to guest satisfaction
  • must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
  • must have reliable communication methods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • previous experience as Assistant General Manager or General Manager
  • certified in all stations and management positions through DHC Training Program
  • current ServSafe Certification
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organization, planning, time management, delegation, and problem-solving abilities
  • performance-oriented mindset
  • ability to build and lead effective teams
  • commitment to guest satisfaction
  • reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • effective communication methods with management and team

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate everyday business operations
  • build and support a strong team
  • ensure all management and team members perform job responsibilities
  • create and execute the restaurant business plan
  • train and develop staff according to company programs
  • organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene

  • provide feedback and supervision to team members
  • manage cash handling and cost control
  • hire, train, and oversee daily tasks of the team
  • manage purchasing, inventory, and maintenance

  • plan and implement daily operational activities
  • complete administrative duties and paperwork
  • open and close restaurant according to policy
