We are currently seeking a General Manager with a strong background in late-night management to lead our dedicated team and uphold our tradition of excellence. This full-time leadership role demands significant experience in managing late-night operations, particularly in bars or nightclubs with high guest volume. The successful candidate will bring to the table a robust understanding of bartending and craft cocktails, coupled with proven leadership and team-building expertise. The role centers around maintaining exceptional guest experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving profitability while fostering a positive and motivational work environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of daily operations—with a particular emphasis on the late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays that define Stag Bar + Kitchen's business model.

As General Manager, you will be at the forefront of frontline service leadership, managing schedules, labor costs, supply chain logistics, and financial imperatives such as budgeting and P&L oversight. You will also collaborate closely with the ownership team to spearhead business development initiatives and strategic growth. Preference will be given to local candidates within the Newport Beach or Orange County areas, ensuring familiarity with the regional market and community.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually and includes benefits such as employee discounts and paid time off.
