Founded with the mission to 'Blow the Minds' of every guest, team member, and partner, Dave's Hot Chicken has rapidly expanded its footprint across the United States and is now opening multiple new locations in Texas, Kansas, and Tennessee. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced restaurant professionals to join the leadership team as General Managers for new store openings. The role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $75,000 to $110,000 annually. The General Manager will be a high-output operator who takes full ownership of their restaurant's people, performance, and profitability. This position requires an individual with a proven track record of building and leading strong teams, maintaining a clean profit and loss statement, and executing company standards with no exceptions.

As a General Manager at Dave's Hot Chicken, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation from day-to-day management to financial oversight and marketing initiatives. This role demands a proactive leader who can inspire their team to deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving operational efficiency and cost control. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team, ensuring schedules align with sales goals while maintaining labor costs, and fostering a culture that balances hard work with fun.

Financial acumen is critical in this role. You will manage the full profit and loss statement, control food costs, labor, inventory, and cash flow, and set aggressive targets to achieve consistent growth and profitability. Promptly identifying and addressing any operational or financial issues is essential to sustaining success and meeting company goals.

From an operational perspective, the General Manager will enforce all company standards daily, lead food safety and cleanliness efforts, and ensure the restaurant is always audit-ready. You will lead shifts from the front, using company tools to coach and develop your team, and drive continuous improvements in service and efficiency.

In addition to internal operations, representing Dave's Hot Chicken in the local community and executing localized marketing strategies will be part of your responsibilities. As the organization continues to scale, high-performing General Managers will have significant growth opportunities within the company.

Ideal candidates will have over five years of restaurant leadership experience, strong skills in P&L management and cost control, and demonstrated ability to develop and coach people effectively.
