The General Manager role at Chipotle is a critical leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, team development, and achieving business goals. As a General Manager, you will lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional hospitality while ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all facets of restaurant operation. This role requires flexibility in work hours, covering lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to provide continuous leadership across all operational hours.
