The Stelle Lodge, one of CoralTree Hospitality's crown jewels, is a boutique mountain resort located in the heart of the exclusive SkyRidge Mountain Resort Community in Park City, Utah. This elegant 67-unit property offers direct access to Deer Valley Ski Resort’s East Village, providing guests with unparalleled mountain and lake recreational activities in a setting that harmonizes luxury with nature. The lodge is not just a place to stay; it is a destination boasting fine dining options, a full-service spa, cafes, and access to other amenities like world-class golf and equestrian facilities. The expansive SkyRidge resort features an array of 469 custom homesites with panoramic water and mountain views, making it a coveted location for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

As the General Manager of the Stelle Lodge, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the daily operations and long-term strategic vision of this high-end resort. This full-time leadership position demands an individual who has a robust background in luxury hospitality management and who can seamlessly navigate the complexities of hotel operations including sales, marketing, engineering, and human resources. You will be responsible for leading the property’s executive committee and ensuring that every aspect of the lodge’s performance aligns with its financial goals and brand promise.

Your role includes championing operational excellence to drive revenue growth and profitability, enhancing market positioning through innovative strategies that highlight the lodge’s uniqueness, and consistently delivering exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations. You will be the face of the Stelle Lodge in the community and the broader hospitality industry, fostering meaningful partnerships and representing the property with professionalism and authenticity.

This leadership role also requires a strong focus on cultivating a vibrant company culture that attracts and retains top talent, promotes continuous learning, and prioritizes career growth for team members. Job Requirements

  • Degree in business administration hotel and restaurant management or similar
  • At least 15 years of hotel operations experience in a leadership position
  • Robust background in luxury hospitality ski market destination preferred
  • Experience with property management or condo hotels
  • Involvement with preferred hotels and resorts or other luxury hotel collection
