This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s iconic logos and food products. While the restaurant proudly serves McDonald’s menu items, it is important to note that the franchisee operates as a separate entity from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for all employment-related matters. This means that the franchisee handles hiring, firing, disciplining, supervising, staffing, and scheduling employees, and McDonald’s USA does not participate in these decisions nor receive copies of employment applications.
