- background in quick service restaurants
- experience in hospitality or retail
- proven track record of coaching and developing staff

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- follow up on department progress and provide direction
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- foster a culture of accountability and professional growth
- ensure operational excellence across all departments
