Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to work in management
  • Must be a legal U.S. citizen
  • Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source (training provided at orientation)
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
  • Strong customer service and support skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
  • Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all people processes including recruiting, hiring and onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, coaching and motivating
  • Be in the know by planning for and making critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
  • Take action first by ensuring food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence
  • Inspire and empower by maintaining high level of standard for guest and employee safety
  • Be results oriented by overseeing all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
