The role of General Manager at MPMC McDonald's is a critical leadership position responsible for managing a profitable restaurant operation while meeting McDonald's high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to work in management
- Must be a legal U.S. citizen
- Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source (training provided at orientation)
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
- Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all people processes including recruiting, hiring and onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, coaching and motivating
- Be in the know by planning for and making critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
- Take action first by ensuring food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence
- Inspire and empower by maintaining high level of standard for guest and employee safety
- Be results oriented by overseeing all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
