Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
  • Capacity to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Commitment to food safety and operational compliance

  • Previous restaurant management experience including scheduling, profit and loss management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative marketing and sales-driving abilities
  • A passion for hospitality and customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Be guest obsessed and uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
  • Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experiences
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, and performance management
  • Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices using Chipotle’s training resources
  • Direct team members to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including scheduling, profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and recruiting
  • Maintain a clean and guest-ready dining environment
  • Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
  • Ensure overall financial success by achieving sales and cash flow targets
  • Work a varied schedule including lunch, dinner, and weekends to lead across all operational hours
