Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
- Capacity to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Duties

- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, and performance management
- Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices using Chipotle’s training resources
- Direct team members to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including scheduling, profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and recruiting
- Maintain a clean and guest-ready dining environment
- Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
- Ensure overall financial success by achieving sales and cash flow targets
- Work a varied schedule including lunch, dinner, and weekends to lead across all operational hours
