The compensation package starts competitively from $71,880 to $84,460 per year, with additional cash incentives. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service, and direct crew and manager work
  • plan for success by leading and managing all people processes such as recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
  • manage staffing and performance management
  • train, coach, and motivate team members
  • plan and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering costs
  • ensure food safety measures are achieved in accordance with McDonald's standards of excellence
  • maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
  • oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
