This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee-operated McDonald’s restaurant, a licensee that uses McDonald’s logos and food products but operates as a separate entity from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is fully responsible for the employment processes and decisions at this restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, supervision, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA holds no role in these employment matters. The General Manager position is pivotal within this restaurant.
