Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous general manager experience
- experience in high volume locations
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and develop a team
- availability to work flexible hours
- willingness to pursue ongoing training and education
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager
- experience managing high volume quick service restaurant locations
- background in hospitality or retail is desirable
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve goals
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality service and cleanliness
- work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create achievement plans
- lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals coaching and providing direction
- follow up on departmental progress and improve performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- maintain a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency
