Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • previous general manager experience
  • experience in high volume locations
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and develop a team
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • willingness to pursue ongoing training and education

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager
  • experience managing high volume quick service restaurant locations
  • background in hospitality or retail is desirable
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve goals
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create achievement plans
  • lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals coaching and providing direction
  • follow up on departmental progress and improve performance
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • maintain a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency
