This role as a General Manager is vital to the successful operations of a McDonald's restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for leading the entire restaurant team to deliver excellent food production, guest service, and overall restaurant experience. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay ranging from $62,900 to $73,905 per year plus cash incentives, and a variety of benefits such as employee discounts, paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, training opportunities, and medical coverage. Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all aspects of the restaurant including food production, guest service, and directing crew and managers
  • Plan for success by leading people processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management

  • Make critical business decisions on inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
  • Ensure food safety standards are met according to McDonald's guidelines
  • Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
