As a fast-paced, high-volume quick service restaurant, this McDonald's franchise is seeking a strategic, motivated, and experienced General Manager to take charge of its operations. The General Manager plays a critical role in running a profitable restaurant by leading, inspiring, and managing a diverse team of employees, including Department and Shift Managers. The role involves setting ambitious but achievable targets aligned with McDonald's rigorous critical standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, ensuring that customers consistently receive an excellent dining experience.
This is a full-time, salaried position offering competitive base pay with additional bonus opportunities based on individual and/or company performance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing high-volume restaurant locations, preferably within the quick service restaurant industry or similar sectors such as hospitality or retail. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior general manager experience with high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors
- ability to lead and develop management teams
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- excellent organizational skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a general manager in a high-volume restaurant
