- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and develop strategic plans
- Lead and support Department Managers by coaching, mentoring, and following up on their performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and discipline
- Oversee compliance with company policies and safety regulations
