Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under the McDonald's brand but is owned and managed by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, trademarks, and signature food products. Despite this association, the franchisee is a distinct company and acts as the sole employer at the restaurant. Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high-volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred

  • Ability to set goals and develop strategic plans
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and develop strategic plans
  • Lead and support Department Managers by coaching, mentoring, and following up on their performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and discipline
  • Oversee compliance with company policies and safety regulations
