Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- Demonstrate ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Possess strong organizational and planning skills
- Exhibit good communication and coaching abilities
- Show commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Availability to work flexible hours as required
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager or similar managerial role
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set goals, plan, and execute operational strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and create strategic plans
- Lead and coach Department Managers to achieve their goals and improve operations
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Monitor daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations
