Unlike McDonald's USA corporate restaurants, this franchise operates as a separate company and employer, handling all employment decisions independently from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- have previous managerial experience preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- strong communication and organizational skills
- commitment to maintaining high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- willingness to work flexible hours
- eligibility to work legally in the country
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurant industry or hospitality or retail sectors
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve goals
- excellent coaching and communication abilities
- must be 18 years or older to hold a management position
Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant to run a profitable business
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers by helping them set goals and providing coaching and direction
- oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team
- monitor department performance and improve operational efficiency
- maintain high employee engagement and customer satisfaction
