Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- previous experience as a general manager or equivalent
- knowledge of quick service restaurant operations preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties

- hire and develop department and shift managers
- ensure the restaurant has the right leadership team for future success
