Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • previous experience as a general manager or equivalent
  • knowledge of quick service restaurant operations preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • availability to work flexible hours

  • background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach department managers to improve departmental performance
  • monitor progress and provide direction for departments
  • hire and develop department and shift managers
  • ensure the restaurant has the right leadership team for future success
