We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead one of our corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants. This is a pivotal role responsible for running a profitable operation while ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's critical standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager plays a crucial leadership role, working alongside senior leaders to establish restaurant goals, devise effective plans to achieve these goals, and ensure outstanding operational performance.
In this role, the General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, each responsible for specific areas within the restaurant. The successful candidate will provide coaching and guidance to these managers, monitor their progress, and help optimize departmental functions to boost overall restaurant performance. Moreover, the General Manager oversees hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers—ensuring the restaurant maintains a strong and capable leadership team to support future growth.
Candidates with prior General Manager experience in high-volume quick service restaurant environments are ideal, with backgrounds in hospitality or retail also considered advantageous. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this position, which involves significant responsibility and impact on restaurant success.
