Job Qualifications
- at least 6 years progressive experience in hotel management or related field
- or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years related experience
- or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years related experience
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- proficiency with hotel management software and reporting tools
- excellent sales and financial management abilities
- outstanding guest service orientation
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- boost revenue and control costs to maximize profitability
- develop and execute sales plans to increase bookings and manage budgets
- utilize reporting systems and technology to improve operational efficiency
- deliver exceptional guest service and address issues promptly
