Job Qualifications

  • at least 6 years progressive experience in hotel management or related field
  • or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years related experience
  • or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years related experience
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • proficiency with hotel management software and reporting tools
  • excellent sales and financial management abilities
  • outstanding guest service orientation
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • boost revenue and control costs to maximize profitability
  • develop and execute sales plans to increase bookings and manage budgets
  • utilize reporting systems and technology to improve operational efficiency
