Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee operates as a separate business entity and employer. Therefore, if you are selected for this position, you will be employed by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA. The franchisee independently manages all employment aspects such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions. McDonald's USA does not influence or participate in any employment decisions concerning this restaurant.
