This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's iconic logos, branding, and food products to deliver an authentic McDonald's experience to customers. Although the franchise operates under McDonald's brand standards, it functions as a separate business entity and employer. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions are managed solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not exercise control or involvement over these employment processes, nor do they receive employment applications or conduct interviews. This distinction ensures that the franchise operates with its own management style while maintaining the trusted standards of McDonald's.

The role available is for a General Manager position at this franchisee-owned McDonald's restaurant. This is a highly responsible role that requires strong leadership and business management skills to operate a high volume, fast-paced quick service restaurant. The General Manager is accountable for achieving a profitable restaurant operation while maintaining McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC). Meeting these high standards requires diligent oversight and coordination across all restaurant departments.

As General Manager, you will work closely with leadership to set the restaurant's specific goals and develop actionable plans to successfully reach those goals. You will lead a team of Department Managers by assisting them in setting their own performance objectives, tracking progress, and providing coaching and guidance to optimize department performance. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum experience as a general manager or in a supervisory role
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume restaurant setting
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
