This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's iconic logos, branding, and food products to deliver an authentic McDonald's experience to customers. Although the franchise operates under McDonald's brand standards, it functions as a separate business entity and employer. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions are managed solely by the franchisee. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum experience as a general manager or in a supervisory role
- Proven ability to manage a high volume restaurant setting
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to comply with franchisee and McDonald's operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience at high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail also valued
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Ability to set and achieve operational goals
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead a team of Department Managers by helping set goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure high performance across all departments
