This position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. Unlike McDonald’s USA, this franchisee is a separate company and employer, responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA is not involved in employment matters for this restaurant and will not receive applications or participate in interview or hiring decisions.
The restaurant operates under the world-renowned McDonald’s brand, famous for its quick service and quality fast food offerings worldwide. This role is an opportunity to manage a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment that emphasizes delivering exceptional food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. As a General Manager, you will have a central role in making sure the restaurant runs efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with McDonald’s high standards. This means taking ownership of operations, coaching and leading a team of department managers and staff, and continually pushing for improvements to ensure excellence in food safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
