This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates autonomously from McDonald's corporate structure. As such, the franchisee is the actual employer responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA is not involved in these employment decisions or in processing applications.

Job Requirements

- Previous managerial experience
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Willingness to hire and develop team members
- Commitment to customer quality, service, and cleanliness
- Ability to manage staffing and scheduling effectively

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by managing daily operations
- Ensure McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- Lead and support Department Managers to achieve their goals
- Provide coaching and direction to improve team performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
