This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonald's restaurant, distinct from McDonald's USA. The franchisee has licensed the rights to utilize McDonald's brand logos, food products, and operational standards, yet functions as a separate business entity and employer. Consequently, all employment-related decisions such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions are handled exclusively by the franchisee management rather than McDonald's USA. As a Business Leader within this independent franchisee-owned McDonald's restaurant, you will hold a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the activities of both managers and crew members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Our franchisee-focused approach means your employment and career progression is tied directly to the franchise organization. You will be entrusted with fostering a positive work environment, upholding quality standards, and driving business growth through strategic oversight and collaborative team leadership. This role offers a competitive compensation range between $60,000 and $70,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and financial security.

As a Business Leader, your responsibilities extend beyond mere supervision. You will track monthly business results and trends, leveraging this data for accurate forecasting and decision-making.
