Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- have previous management experience
- demonstrate leadership capabilities
- possess strong organizational skills
- be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- have excellent customer service orientation
- commit to maintaining McDonald’s standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience
- experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- strong leadership skills
- effective communication abilities
- ability to motivate and develop a team
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
- set restaurant goals with leadership
- create plans to achieve goals
- lead and support Department Managers
- coach and direct managers to improve department performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
