Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create actionable plans
- Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
- Follow up on progress and provide direction to improve Departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Maintain high standards in daily restaurant operations
