Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in the quick service restaurant industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Follow up on progress and provide direction to improve Departments
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Maintain high standards in daily restaurant operations
