This job posting is for a General Manager position at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. This franchisee is licensed to use McDonald’s brand name, logos, and food products, but it operates as a separate, independent company from McDonald’s USA. If hired, the franchisee—not McDonald’s USA—will be your employer and responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This independent franchise model allows the franchisee to manage daily restaurant operations with the autonomy to make all personnel decisions.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable high-volume restaurant. Experience in hospitality or retail management is also valuable for success in this role.
