Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior general manager experience in high volume restaurants preferred
- ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- strong organizational and problem solving skills
- willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to adhere to McDonald’s quality service and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a General Manager in high volume restaurant locations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- background in quick service restaurants hospitality or retail preferred
- ability to set goals and achieve business targets
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic understanding of business operations and financial management
- ability to work in a fast paced customer focused environment
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s standards of quality service and cleanliness
- collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and support a team of Assistant Managers by setting goals coaching and monitoring their progress
- hire train and develop Assistant and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- oversee restaurant operations to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- manage staffing scheduling and employee performance to optimize productivity and morale
