Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior management experience in a food service or similar environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide coaching and development to team members
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high volume restaurants
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Proficient in managing multi-department teams

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and develop Department Managers and Shift Managers
  • Provide coaching and guidance to improve departmental performance
  • Hire and train management staff to build an effective team
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and discipline within the restaurant
