Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior management experience in a food service or similar environment
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills

- Ability to provide coaching and development to team members

- Previous general manager experience in high volume restaurants

- Proficient in managing multi-department teams
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and develop Department Managers and Shift Managers
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve departmental performance
- Hire and train management staff to build an effective team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and discipline within the restaurant
