This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant that operates under a McDonald's franchise license, owned and managed by an independent franchisee. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's locations, this franchisee is a separate legal entity responsible for all employment-related decisions, including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. The franchisee uses McDonald's logos and food products under a license agreement but operates the restaurant independently from McDonald's USA. Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and manage a team of Department Managers
  • help Department Managers set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • foster a positive workplace culture and ensure operational excellence
