Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- lead and manage a team of Department Managers
- help Department Managers set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- foster a positive workplace culture and ensure operational excellence
