This full-time position involves direct responsibility for hiring, training, and developing team members as well as managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, financial management, sales forecasting, and compliance with food safety and operational standards.

Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring the restaurant not only meets but exceeds service speed, accuracy, and guest experience expectations. You will be entrusted with upholding the company’s celebrated guest-obsessed hospitality standards and keeping the environment clean, safe, and appealing at all times. This role also includes accountability for the restaurant’s financial success, achieving annual sales and cash flow goals, and creatively marketing through community engagement and promotional events.

The General Manager position requires working a flexible schedule that covers lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts, demanding strong organizational and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced kitchen and customer-facing environment. The role is physically demanding, with the need to stand and walk for up to 10 hours daily, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle temperature variations while maintaining excellent communication with crew members and guests.
