Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in a restaurant environment
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4am
- physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during work hours
- pass background and reference checks
- eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior experience as a general manager or assistant general manager in a restaurant setting
- proven leadership and team development skills
- experience managing food cost and labor targets
- knowledge of P&L analysis is a plus
- ability to inspire a positive and fun work environment
- at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Overseeing all daily store operations
- managing the opening and closing procedures
- ensuring the store is audit ready
- executing catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- providing exceptional customer service
- motivating and supporting the team during busy periods
- handling scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
