Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- basic knowledge of profit and loss statements
- basic math skills
- strong guest service, communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills
- full shift availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to work 50 hours a week
- ability to stand for 8 hours
- physical ability to perform pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous use of fingers and wrists
- ability to lift 35-50 pounds
- good personal grooming

Job Duties
- Lead by example
- work as part of a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- be flexible to change in the restaurant environment
- perform administrative duties including balancing cash drawers, inventory counts and food safety standards
- interview, hire and train new team members
- oversee team to ensure high product quality, maintenance and cleanliness
- provide daily feedback and performance reviews
- cultivate guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere and positive service
- perform other duties as assigned
