This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven ability to manage hotel operations effectively. The company is looking for an energetic and adaptable candidate who thrives in goal-oriented environments and possesses strong leadership skills to recruit, motivate, and develop their team. The employment type is full-time, with a competitive salary range dependent on experience from $80,169 to $90,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities based on performance.
The Hotel General Manager role involves managing day-to-day operations to ensure the hotel maintains high standards in cleanliness, guest services, and operational efficiency.
