Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one or more years of experience as a hotel general manager
- valid driver’s license
- proficiency in computer skills
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- strong problem-solving abilities
- effective communication skills
- ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6 to 12 staff members
- provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure outstanding results
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest services to keep the hotel guest ready
- manage and address guest reviews
- follow brand guidelines and meet operational deadlines
- manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and profit and loss
- network within the local community to promote the property
- lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives
- assist housekeeping and complete laundry duties as needed
- cover employee shifts as required to ensure operational continuity
- know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure security of guests and property
- perform other assigned duties
