- relevant experience in hospitality or management preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

- strong desire to develop leadership, training, and communication skills
- ability to perform all duties of a Barista, Shift Leader, and Assistant Manager
- excellent understanding of coffeehouse operations
- experience in managing or leading a team preferred
- strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- manage daily operations of a Beans & Brews location
- enforce all Beans & Brews operations and policies
- train and develop staff in leadership, communication, and customer service
- perform duties of Barista, Shift Leader, and Assistant Manager as needed
- represent Beans & Brews professionally as a role model
- assess and implement management objectives in line with company mission
- maintain a positive and productive work environment
