  • two to four years related experience and/or training
  • valid driver's license
  • certification through assigned IHOP training courses

Job Duties

  • develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with employees and guests
  • implement the Craft Training program for hourly employees
  • execute annual financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives
  • manage the restaurant floor and handle guest complaints
  • comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • recruit, train, and retain employees
  • ensure adequate levels of supplies and inventory management
  • maintain operational condition of equipment and premises
  • enforce sanitation and safety practices
  • develop and maintain a safety program
  • implement security practices and cash-handling procedures
  • execute marketing promotions and maintain promotional materials
  • complete required reports and paperwork
  • perform other duties as assigned
