- certification through assigned IHOP training courses

Job Duties
- develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with employees and guests
- implement the Craft Training program for hourly employees
- execute annual financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives
- manage the restaurant floor and handle guest complaints
- comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- recruit, train, and retain employees
- ensure adequate levels of supplies and inventory management
- maintain operational condition of equipment and premises
- enforce sanitation and safety practices
- develop and maintain a safety program
- implement security practices and cash-handling procedures
- execute marketing promotions and maintain promotional materials
- complete required reports and paperwork
- perform other duties as assigned
