Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- Ability to speak and read English
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Valid Driver's License
- Certification through assigned IHOP training courses
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to apply common sense to instructions

- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

- Certification through assigned IHOP training courses
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with restaurant employees, corporate and regional employees, and guests
- Implement the Craft Training program for all hourly employees
- Execute financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives as defined by SOP and operational plans
- Manage the restaurant floor and maintain contact with guests, handle complaints professionally and timely
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Recruit, train, and retain employees, conduct coaching and administer compensation plans
- Ensure food compliance with specifications, recipes, and presentation standards
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies timely
- Maintain equipment and premises according to regulations and SOP
- Enforce sanitation practices and food safety procedures
- Develop and maintain a safety program including safety committees and meetings
- Ensure security practices as per SOP
- Implement marketing promotions and maintain promotional materials
- Complete required reports and paperwork accurately and timely
- Perform other assigned duties
