Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, with good vision
  • capability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work over 50 hours weekly
  • availability to work flexible shifts
  • experience managing a staff of assistant managers and employees
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in a restaurant or fast food environment
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • proficiency with computer software such as Excel and Word
  • solid math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions and percentages
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • knowledge of inventory control and food safety practices

Job Duties

  • Manage a staff of assistant managers and employees to ensure compliance
  • assign, oversee and evaluate work performance
  • manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline and termination of employees
  • provide on the job training for new employees
  • delegate and oversee ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies
  • assist in supervision, preparation, sales and service of food
  • forecast food items consumption per shift
  • supervise food preparation and service operations during shifts
  • assist customers during busy periods including greeting, taking orders, operating cash register and assembling orders
  • ensure world class customer service for every customer
  • route deliveries and supervise drivers to maximize delivery efficiency
  • complete daily food preparation and opening procedures
  • execute systems and procedures with integrity
  • complete paperwork accurately and timely
  • control inventory using weekly inventory system
  • conduct weekly manager meetings
  • audit systems, procedures and shift paperwork
  • perform preventative maintenance on equipment
  • manage cash drawers and deposits according to procedures
