Job Requirements
- Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, with good vision
- capability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work over 50 hours weekly
- availability to work flexible shifts
- experience managing a staff of assistant managers and employees
- knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in a restaurant or fast food environment
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent customer service and communication abilities
- proficiency with computer software such as Excel and Word
- solid math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions and percentages
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- knowledge of inventory control and food safety practices
Job Duties
- Manage a staff of assistant managers and employees to ensure compliance
- assign, oversee and evaluate work performance
- manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline and termination of employees
- provide on the job training for new employees
- delegate and oversee ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies
- assist in supervision, preparation, sales and service of food
- forecast food items consumption per shift
- supervise food preparation and service operations during shifts
- assist customers during busy periods including greeting, taking orders, operating cash register and assembling orders
- ensure world class customer service for every customer
- route deliveries and supervise drivers to maximize delivery efficiency
- complete daily food preparation and opening procedures
- execute systems and procedures with integrity
- complete paperwork accurately and timely
- control inventory using weekly inventory system
- conduct weekly manager meetings
- audit systems, procedures and shift paperwork
- perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- manage cash drawers and deposits according to procedures
