Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years experience in a general manager or assistant general manager role
- proven leadership ability in hospitality management
- experience with pre-opening or launching new hospitality venues preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
