Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • build schedules that support sales while protecting labor
  • coach directly, hold standards, and build future leaders
  • create a work-hard/have-fun culture without sacrificing results
  • own the full P&L
  • control food cost, labor, inventory, and cash
  • set aggressive goals and consistently hit targets
  • identify problems early and fix them fast
  • execute company standards daily
  • ensure food safety, cleanliness, and audit readiness
  • run effective shifts and lead from the front
  • use company tools to coach and develop your team
  • represent the brand locally
  • execute local marketing initiatives
  • support growth opportunities as the company scales
