Job Duties
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- build schedules that support sales while protecting labor
- coach directly, hold standards, and build future leaders
- create a work-hard/have-fun culture without sacrificing results
- own the full P&L
- control food cost, labor, inventory, and cash
- set aggressive goals and consistently hit targets
- identify problems early and fix them fast
- execute company standards daily
- ensure food safety, cleanliness, and audit readiness
- run effective shifts and lead from the front
- use company tools to coach and develop your team
- represent the brand locally
- execute local marketing initiatives
- support growth opportunities as the company scales
