The employed position is a leadership role within the restaurant, focused on managing a large team of restaurant managers and team members to ensure operational excellence and superior guest experiences. As a Restaurant Manager for TGI Fridays at DFW Airport, your primary responsibility will be to lead by example, coaching and developing a team of 36 managers along with all hourly team members. Your leadership will impact all areas of the restaurant, including guest satisfaction, staff performance, adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, and financial management. You will operate with a hands-on approach to maintain high operational standards, align team behaviors with the company's credo and values, and execute all brand standards consistently. This role includes proactive engagement with guests to deliver the trademark Fridays Service Style experience, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues or complaints to enhance guest loyalty.
You will also take charge of all profit and loss centers, overseeing budget adherence, forecasting, and financial analysis to maximize restaurant profitability. With a focus on talent management, the role involves selecting, coaching, and developing team members to foster a high-performing team culture. You will play a key role in identifying high-potential individuals, managing staffing levels effectively, and ensuring all team members complete required training programs.
In addition, you will enforce security measures and company policies to safeguard guests, team members, and restaurant assets. The role requires excellent communication skills to maintain clear and open dialogue with your team, facilitate training and development, and work collaboratively with higher management and support departments on employee relations and guest service issues.

Job Requirements
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years as Restaurant KM or AGM
- Knowledge of Friday's recipes, policies, standards
- Ability to manage profit and loss and budgets
- Capable of performing all hourly functions
- Knowledge of POS and back office systems
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to hear well among noise
Job Qualifications
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant kitchen manager or assistant general manager
- Extensive knowledge of Friday's recipes, policies, and standards
- Business acumen with ability to manage profit and loss, budgets and financial analysis
- Capable of performing all hourly position functions and qualifications
- Knowledge of POS and back office systems for management
- Ability to walk and stand entire shift
- Frequent bending and stooping
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Proficient in reading and writing English
- Ability to hear well in loud environments
Job Duties
- Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations with focus on guest experience
- Supervise and support 36 managers and all hourly team members
- Manage all profit and loss centers
