Job Requirements

  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years as Restaurant KM or AGM
  • Knowledge of Friday's recipes, policies, standards
  • Ability to manage profit and loss and budgets
  • Capable of performing all hourly functions
  • Knowledge of POS and back office systems
  • Ability to stand and walk entire shift
  • Frequent bending and stooping required
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Ability to hear well among noise

Job Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant kitchen manager or assistant general manager
  • Extensive knowledge of Friday's recipes, policies, and standards
  • Business acumen with ability to manage profit and loss, budgets and financial analysis
  • Capable of performing all hourly position functions and qualifications
  • Knowledge of POS and back office systems for management
  • Ability to walk and stand entire shift
  • Frequent bending and stooping
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Proficient in reading and writing English
  • Ability to hear well in loud environments

Job Duties

  • Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations with focus on guest experience
  • Supervise and support 36 managers and all hourly team members
  • Manage all profit and loss centers
  • Align behavior with the credo and values
  • Execute brand standards through coaching team members and managers
  • Interact frequently with guests for service excellence
  • Follow proactive theories to run shifts effectively
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and traffic
  • Oversee staffing needs and development of team members
  • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluation
  • Create a safe, clean, and discrimination-free environment
  • Respond to guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • Complete financial and payroll administrative duties accurately
  • Ensure new hires complete training plans
  • Approve disciplinary actions including terminations
  • Validate inventory according to standards
  • Ensure proper security procedures are in place
