Job Requirements
- HSD or GED preferred
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- 1+ years experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US Military Service
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
- Strong customer service and support focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service and crew and manager work
- Plan for success by leading people processes including recruiting, hiring and onboarding
- Plan for success by managing staffing and performance management
- Train, coach and motivate team members
- Make critical business decisions about inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
- Ensure food safety measures are established and maintained
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans
