This position is for a General Manager role at McDonald's of California, offering a competitive salary ranging from $95,280 to $111,950 per year, plus cash incentives. As a General Manager, you will play a vital role in the operations of the restaurant, taking responsibility for managing all aspects including food production, guest service, and the direct supervision of crew members and management staff.
