- Minimum of three years leadership experience in fitness, retail, military, or team-driven environments
- Passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness
- Persistence and coachability in sales
- Strong understanding of budgets and key performance indicators

Job Duties
- Lead pre-sales efforts and close memberships with enthusiasm
- Represent D1 Melbourne in the community and build local relationships
- Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team
- Build and maintain a positive culture centered on discipline and teamwork
- Inspire staff to deliver an elite training experience
- Manage financial performance including budgets and KPIs
- Maintain a world-class facility and engage visibly as a leader
